Children like it a lot. and we can serve it as a starter in birthday party or any other party. Today, we’ll make pizza stuffing for our cone. Note the ingredients for this. For this we require Maida, salt, red pepper, oil I have taken olive oil. You can even take simple oil. Paneer Cheese, ginger(grated), tomato sauce, Corn, oregano Vegetables- Cabbage, onion, capsicum, tomato, potato coriander leaves, green chilli, I have made cones out of alunimium foil paper. Let’s start! First of all, we’ll make a dow. We’ll take a bowl, pour 100gms of maida in it. Add salt 1/4 tsp oregano This is a herb. If it is not available you can add ajawain as a substitute. 1 & 1/2 tsp oil Now, we’ll prepare a dow. we’ll mix it add water prepare a dow of maida Keep it to rest for few minutes. Now, we’ll prepare filling I have taken olive oil, you can even take simple oil or butter. Add 2tbsp of oil in a kadai add finely chopped onion, Onion has become transparent. Now, add capsicum ginger green chilli, boiled potato tomato cabbage boiled corn We’ll stir fry it. We have to cook it partially. The vegetables should remain crunchy. add salt Now, we’ll cover it with lid for 5 minutes. Vegetables have cooked now. Now add paneer, oregano 1 tsp of tomato sauce Then, add mozzarella cheese, You can take any type of cheese. Our pizza stuffing is ready. Now, we’ll take it out in a plate. we’ll add coriander leaves to our pizza stuffing. Take the dow which we kept to rest Make it soft Put some oil on the chakla and make puries. Cut this puri into strips. On this aluminium cone we have to roll our srips press it from all sides Wrap the cone by joining the end of one strip to the end of another strip. Like this, we have wrapped the aluminium cone with maida strips Press the joints properly. So that when we’ll fry it, these joints of the strips will not open. one cone is ready Liked this we’ll prepare one more cone. Now, we’ll fry our cone Pour oil in the kadai Fry the cones Fry it in low flame If we’ll fry it on high flame, it will not become crunchy. And will get loose like a puri like this fry it till it become golden. When it gets cooled separate the aluminium cone from the maida cone. It gets separated very easily after it is fried Our cone is ready Make more cones like this. Take a look friends, All the cones are ready. Now, we’ll plate it in a plate Take a plate and garnish it with aloo bhujiya and pomegranate If the food is tasty and it’s plating is not nice then it will not be attractive and people will not be satisfied. Fill the cone with our pizza stuffing Now put some cheese on it Our vegetable cone is ready. You can give it to your children We have plated our vegetable cones You also try it at home.
