Kheer kadom ~ Sweetened mawa dumplings stuffed with granulated sweet balls (danadar) or rasgullas 12 danadars (one kind of Bengal’s sweet~ granulated sweet balls . If not available @ your place , you can use mini rasgullas instead of these. But then remove excess of sugar syrup from the mini rasgullas ) 250g grated mawa / khoya kheer 100g sugar 3 tbsp poppy seeds 6-7 green cardamoms First heat a dry pan. Now dry roast poppy seeds on less medium flame. Keep aside. Now add grated mawa in dry pan. Add sugar. Sauté on simmer flame until sugar is melted & mix with mawa. Add green cardamom powder. first off the flame & mix well Let it be cool @ room temperature Mix 1 tsp sugar with roasted poppy seeds. Now cover all danadars/granulated sweet balls/mini rasgullas with mawa , that no part is left exposed. Now roll into roasted poppy seeds Store in refrigerator for tightness.
