All over the year all Israel is dancing. In the kibbutzim, in the moshavim in the cities, on the beach. Israeli folk dances is a unique mixture of different ethnical folk differences and something very special that you see only here, in our country, in Israel. I started to teach when I was a teenager but after I opened my own session. My dream was to lead dance sessions, to make people happy and smile. It’s a very good sport, a very good company. A lot of people meet each other in the dance session. They dance couple dances together, they dance circle dances, they hold hands. I met Ami in the folk dancing in Tel Aviv University. She was eating a cake and she offered me a piece and I said thank you. And since then we are together. Tami now she is my wife. We are now together for about 10 years. And we are still dancing together. And we are having fun. I drive all the way to Haifa, Hof Nirvana for Israeli folk dancing every Saturday. We drive about hour and a half to get here. And the energy here in Israel and the Israeli folk dancing it’s just unbelievable, I love it!
