Hello everyone and welcome in this new video review. Today, I will introduce one of the most replica presented in the YouTube’s world, so that even Khan Seb is not in the top results from Youtube as he presented it too! I also invite you to visit the channel of Bleiz39, KhanSeb, JeromeTheFrench, PurpleHaze, RambouilletAirsoftDivision. You still don’t see what pistol I mean? Come on, I stop the unnecessary suspense because you read the title of this video. I present to you… The Colt 1911 A1 100th anniversary edition, manufactured by KWC and distributed by Cybergun. Agents will also go to you to distribute one or two each. Go gentlemen, play your role as a distributor! “It was not funny, assh*le” I would made a history of this gun, but the moon doesn’t make a hyperbolic trapezium with Saturn and Sedna, so I can’t give it to you. Otherwise you can find it in my video I made here. At the beginning of the video, I present the history of this weapon. Attention Colt does not mean “Creepy Overweight Literally Terrible”, as A1 is not a way of saying we do not agree. -YEAH, you bought a Colt 1911! -Ah-hin… (“A-one” is “A-hin” in French) -So what did you bought? -A Colt 1911-A1! This gun, you can find it in all good dairies for an average price of $ 150! I have a little story to tell about this pistol! Our first meeting, the Colt and I was very … special! It was during an OP in May at Chambiairsoft, who I want to salute because it was he who sold me the gun! So on the evening of Saturday night, we made a Zombie scenario! A pure moment of adrenaline, it was very scary to be a “survivor” and very fun to be a Zombie! The zombies were not armed, but the survivors yes with GBB and shotguns. I was in front of one of them, he shot me 2 or 3m, and I received the BB on the left buttock. The power is between 300 and 360 fps, I can tell you that I sang! What is this Colt That really hurt? It took me a little part of butt… For my honor, I avenged. The owner, also cried… ” Indeed, he was a good prince and accepted that I shoot him, at the same distance, and he yelled… A little more, and he would have sang… COLT-play. You’re fired. This gun works with CO2 cartridges that plug into the magazine. Ah, I think she wants to talk! (sparklettes=cartridges in French) In the pack, so we find a nice box. I must say, she is pretty. I won’t study it, my colleagues have already done it. With two Wrenchs: one to remove the mechanism from the slide, and the second to insert the CO2 cartridge into the magazine. We also have a pack of BB’s and then… Holy Manual! I don’t care about the gun, I bought it just to be able to enlarge my collection of manuals! Holy Manual, bring me the good Word… Teach me good manners, and teach me the art of throwing BB’s at high speed. Magazines have a capacity of 17 girls. Damn many people in the place… Ah shit, I misread. 17 BB’s. This is actually a freezer… To insert the CO2 cartridge, you must first unscrew the screw underneath. Then the cartridge is inserted, and screwed back, until you feel resistance. At this point, you gotta go hard and quick. That, needless to tighten more, otherwise damaging all joints. I say we need to move fast, because if you don’t, the gas will spread everywhere, which is difficult a very difficult moment… (Like a rape, isn’t it?) You can have a little hard to insert the magazine, because there is a resistance, so be careful and good press it. It would be a pity that you don’t completely insert it and you lose it. As to remove it, it can be a bit difficult, the button is hard. But it does not matter, it prevents the magazine falls alone. Besides, it is easier to insert when there is a cartridge engaged, otherwise it is even more difficult. And it would be a shame to lose a magazine is sold between 40 and 50$. But unlike other guns other brands, I think it’s great that the cartridge is in the magazine. No magazine=no problem: security. So we can prepare the magazines in advance. But in return, it means that it must have several cartridges engaged. I forgot, with a cartridge can be shot from 2 to 4 magazines, depending on how many BB’s you put in your magazine, and also the outside temperature. What I find well on this gun, even if seen like that isn’t very realistic, is that we don’t have the heel at the bottom of the magazine as the Colt KJ Works, killing the realistic look. Anecdote: The Inokatsu, one that costs $1000, is not compatible with these magazines, it is only compatible with KJ Works magazines with the heel! What is the f*ck! Where is the logic? They make a beautiful $1000 pistol, but they haven’t compatible magazines. The painting doesn’t take very well over the long term, as all KWC, but the choice of color is good, to imitate this Parkerization of the original Colt 1911. The only downside are the markings … Why are they made in white? Admittedly, it’s pretty, but it’s not realistic! So getting back to the markings: on the left side, we have white markings on the right side and also… Excuse me… Neo’s speaking? Mr. Marsac…? You’re… the boss of Cybergun. You want to add a white marking? Yes I listen to you? You want to add this white marking on the ground? To find the location of my dead body? Mr Marsac well, goodbye. So I said that the markings on the left were realistic, although painted white. Well, after it is discreet. There are not too to complain… And on the right side, the markings are completely fanciful. Totally fantastic because first we have a unique serial number. Finally, when I say unique, it is unique to this replicas, neighboring replicas will have different numbers. Because yes: when we say unique, it is for the whole range? Or only for a replica? Specific markings for a replica or for specific types of replica? It is sometimes a little difficult to understand. We also have a “M1911 A1 6mm,” ending with a “KWC, MADE IN TAIWAN.” You will NEVER have this type of markings on the original Colt: MADE IN TAIWAN. Made-in. Capital of Taiwan, of course. -What is the capital of Taiwan? -Made-In -Made in Taiwan? BUT THERE IS A PARADE! No, I didn’t mean that kind of parade … Who is the idiot who did this video? Is the same as last time? The carcass of the replica is zamak. Therefore, it is possible to burnish it! The slide is aluminum, so I’ll try to burnish with aluminum black. I tried to spend browning cold on markings, and it worked. What makes me say that the markings are not painted. (Papin=Not painted=“pas peint” in french) Dumb… Well, after this we just guess the markings, because they are still engraved, but they are more discreet! The “Beaver Tail” is functional. You can also call the pedal safety. Which prevents firing. Hi, it’s me, the pedal! I’m here to ensure your safety! Then loose this gun please! Yes, you cowards! Loose it! Attention shot happens when you cock the hammer and pull the trigger, even without arming the slide. For example: You can check, it’s not loaded. I cock the hammer and shooting occurs. This means that if there was a BB’s in the barrel, it’s be shot. BB’s that remain from the previous shot, for example, because you hadn’t enough gas. Security on the left is functional. That is normal. It blocks the slide, you know! I honestly have not the courage to try to disarm the hammer after cocking the slide, I don’t want to lose a fingertip if the shooting occurs. If you have tried it, mark it in the comments! But why buy this gun? -Stop doing the seller! Ok, thank you So why shouldn’t you buy it? -You really want to have problems… Power between 300 and 360 fps. Well, relativize, 360 fps is when you have to engage the cartridge, and the temperature is hot, and 300 fps is when your gas cartridge is empty. It is considered as an AEG about the range. It reached 35-40m, so pay attention also to the safety distances. 5 meters is too close. 10 meters is better, if you will not hurt your friend, who will return to play with you after. Its weight is 976 g, which is very correct, because we have a difference of 120g with a true (which has not 7 rounds in the magazine). There is no weight in grips, so you can change them without losing weight, and you can even earn some weight with wooden blocks, these being bakelite. After that, there is a caveat for grips: The original pads are not compatible with the KWC pistol. But with a small adjustment on the grips, it will pass very well, as it takes place to let the gas cartridge. But this adaptation is irreversible: Cannot put these on an original Colt after modifying the grips. Why the 100th anniversary edition? I have no answer to this question, so if you have it, do not hesitate to contact me. I ask this question because it has no particular sign that tells us that it is the 100th anniversary edition (the replica itself) Something tells me that this is a selling point, which works very well: I bought it. Here is a photo of the real Colt, released in 2011. And if I remember correctly, there were only 1911 copies. But I’m not sure: it’s to check. Both editions have nothing in common… So I don’t have the answer to this question! I’m looking forward to in 2042! For the centenary of the MG42. The trigger travel is very low, you could almost equate it to a revolver. It is a simple action, so easy to handle. So pay attention to always follow the safety rules of shooting. To state these rules, I will use the word weapon, even if it may offend some. 4 basic rules that every shooter should know: Apply the “trigger discipline”: Do not place your finger on the trigger until the sights are aligned with the target. Here I make a very bad thing. Even if there is the safety ON. Because: Rule number 2: Always treat the gun as loaded. Even if it is not. Third rule: never point the gun at a target that you do not want to destroy. Example: I am a very bad thing. I do not want to destroy my hand! And the last safety rule: always be sure of its objective. This is also why the Lebanese shots in airsoft are prohibited in 90% of associations (in France). Because it is unclear who is the target and where it is. Well, that part was certainly not funny, but it was necessary to prevent accidents. Manage, it’s to preview. And it’s better to prevent than cure. If you have trouble understanding this part, I invite you to click here. It can help you! I take this video to show you another baby. I greatly thank Cybergun giving me a discount. It is therefore a derivative of the 100th anniversary, which is the special edition D-Day. There was one picture of the prototype posted on the Cybergun facebook profile, but the patina was a little too abusive. So one might think that they have found in the sale of a whale after she ate a dead GI. Are you happy eh? The package includes the gun, packed in a cardboard box with a very “vintage” style, the label being a true copy of the real! We have the same manual as for the 100th anniversary edition. The famous wrench. A small bag of BB’s, and Beyonce’s hair. We also have the magazine, of course. With this we have many accessories. A vial of sand, comes from Castoram… Juno Beach. This is real sand but not from Normandy! But occasionally, when I return to Normandy, I fill with real! This one I’ll eat it because I’m thirsty. We also have a demilitarized sleeve. It was also a small dog tag. A keychain! There is “Colt 1911 D-DAY EDITION” on one side and the other horse Colt (which means that Colt is in the game for that matter) And finally, we have a certificate of authenticity. “Authenti”, it is a city? Authenti-city? We can see that the certificate has the number 035. Zero was added by hand by the guys at Cybergun, which proves that the pack has been established in France, and not Peterschnok-les-bains. They were kind enough to give me the number 35, in reference to … the size of my d*ck. And zero for the total wink ! Know that there are only 240 copies that were manufactured. You should also know that if you watch this video after July 2014 I’m sorry, but they are already sold out. I’m not even sure it is marketed in the USA and England, since there is no orange tip over. If you live in these countries and you meet this gun, do not hesitate to let me know! So everything is sold 240€ (300$). Why a difference of 100€ (150$) with the anniversary? First, we have more items in the pack D-Day as in the classic pack. Does not justify everything, but a part. Then the guns were modified one by one by hand, for 10 or 15 € each. And we will add that this replica is distributed to 240 copies. So why sell the same price something that is rare? It is a commercial technic. They could sell much more expensive, of course, people were not happy, but it would been sold anyway! This gun is intended for collectors only. If you have the choice between buying a 100th anniversary edition and the edition D-Day, you’ll choose the 100th anniversary edition, which is less expensive, but has the same mechanics. After, maybe not you very skilful hands, shall we say. Or you are afraid to do your own patina yourself. Thus, this gun is for you, as already altered realistically! Because if you skate too, it will be irreversible! And the best is the enemy of the good! Maybe a little too skated here. By the way: the carcass can be burnished, so I did, and the true patina will then do the job. It may be noted that we no longer see the markings, they are just guessing. This gun is only there to make your window! Personally, I have less trouble to use it in game, already skated and I won’t be afraid of damaging the 100th anniversary edition, which has an even flawless paint! Honestly, this edition D-Day, how can you find the level of the patina? You say there was too much? I burnished a little the carcass, so it was even further, as can be seen there. But when compared to original Colt 1911 … we can see that it is pretty well done! To conclude these two pistols, you’ll say “oh but he said almost all the advantages. Would he have been paid by Cybergun?” I do not. Finally, yes a little, because I got a discount. But so far, I see no disadvantages, except that the magazines hangs a bit and it has excessive power for GBB. I had echoes as what there could be leaks in the magazines, but personally, this capsule is engaged for a month (I use very little) and it still works! Fun, there is smoke. Sorry, I digress. The joke was not from me but from François Perusse. I stupidly repeated what others have smartly said! Here is the shooting test. Note that the bolt catch works every time. I hope you have enjoyed this video, if this is the case, don’t hesitate to share it, add a green thumb, and subscribe if you have not already done so. And I look forward to seeing you soon for the next video review! What am I doing here? Just that. Carry a Colt, what is it? It’s to Colt around! (cart around) Thank you to Chambi Airsoft, Cybergun and all my friends. (that was to believe that I have).
